These terms apply when you create a Nudge account or use nudgeall.com. By using Nudge, you agree to them. Nudge is operated by PremiumAV Private Limited ("PremiumAV", "we", "us").

1. What Nudge is

Nudge is a life-admin tool for storing important papers and setting reminders for renewals, bills, warranties, and family occasions. Any date or field Nudge suggests from an uploaded document is a suggestion only — you review and confirm it before it is saved, and your confirmed entry is always the source of truth.

2. Not professional advice

Nudge helps you organize documents and dates. It does not provide tax, legal, financial, or medical advice, and nothing in the product should be treated as such.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your contact email reachable, since reminders are sent there.
• One account is for one individual or household — please don't share login credentials.

4. Free and paid plans

The Free plan includes up to 15 active important papers, at no cost and with no credit card required. The Pro plan is US$6/month, billed on a recurring monthly basis, and is currently processed securely via PayPal. You will always see the price and payment method before confirming a charge, and you can cancel future renewals at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Nudge to store or share unlawful content, to attempt to access another user's account or data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You're responsible for having the right to store and share whatever you upload to Nudge.

7. Account deletion & termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data — this permanently removes your documents, reminders, and account data and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abusive or unlawful activity.

8. Service availability

Nudge is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or missed reminders — please keep your own copies of anything critical.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Nudge after an update means you accept the revised terms.
