This policy explains what information Nudge collects, how it is used, and how you can control or delete it. Nudge is operated by PremiumAV Private Limited ("PremiumAV", "we", "us"), which acts as the data controller for the information described below.

1. Data we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp phone number and consent settings, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Content you add: reminders, important papers you upload, People & Family entries, and any notes you enter.
• Device and usage data: push subscription tokens, basic diagnostic logs, and information about how you interact with Nudge, used to provide notifications, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the reminder and document-storage service.
• To send the reminders, notifications, and account emails you have configured.
• To provide support when you contact us or use the feedback form.

3. Data protection

Traffic to Nudge is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Access to your uploaded documents is protected by account-level access controls — only you can view or download your own files, and every access is checked and logged.

4. AI features

Nudge's optional AI chat assistant is available on the public website to answer product questions. It is not used inside your account, does not receive your private documents or reminders, and your confirmed data is never used to train any AI model.

5. Third-party sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate Nudge (for example, hosting, email and push delivery, payment processing, and Meta/WhatsApp when you explicitly enable WhatsApp reminders), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. If you subscribe to Pro on the website, your payment is processed by PayPal; Nudge does not receive or store your card or PayPal account credentials.

6. Your controls

From Settings → Privacy & Data, you can export a copy of your data at any time, or permanently delete your account and associated data. Account deletion removes your documents, reminders, People & Family records, and account row — this cannot be undone. The same deletion path is available at nudgeall.com/account-deletion.php.
